All orders must be placed within Australia Metro Areas only.

When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right to not deliver in the event that stock levels were incorrect at the time of receiving your order.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order we inform you and cancel the order

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays)

Australia Post Satchel with tracking number - $12.00

Approx. 3-7 working days for delivery

Australia Express Post - $20.00

Approx. 1-2 working days for delivery

For unforeseen external circumstances, BBL have no control if orders exceed more than 7 days for delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. 

 

All BBL returns must include a completed Returns Form.

Please contact BBL at info@botanicalluxuries.com.au to obtain a Returns Form.

Please complete the Returns Form, print off and return with your product.

Change of Mind

Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Only products purchased directly from www.botanicalluxuries.com.au will be eligible for returns or refunds.

Products are returned at the customers expense via Australia Post with a valid tracking number and must include customer details and original receipt for proof of purchase.

Please keep a copy of proof of purchase and tracking number.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Missing, Damaged or Faulty Product

Please keep the original satchel packaging the product arrived in, including products to be viewed and returned.

Return shipping costs will be deducted by BBL from your purchase when you receive a replacement product or refund.

BBL returns or refunds can take 7-10 working days once product returns are received.
